Mayuma Kasende, President Kabila's deputy chief of staff with
specific responsibility for political, administrative and legal
issues. (Note: President Kabila and his chief of staff are away
from Kinshasa with date of return uncertain. End note.)
2. Mayuma undertook to convey our request to the appropriate
GDRC authorities. Post will report septel, if it receives any
additional information.
