(U) Poloff passed information in para 4 of reftel to the GDRC Director of the Bureau of African and Middle-Eastern Affairs, Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MFA). ¶2. (SBU) Responses to requests for information in para 6 of reftel follow: Composition of delegation - The GDRC gave conflicting information whether President Kabila would lead the delegation.
