(SBU) President Kagame has accepted A/S Carson's invitation to meet at the AU summit (reftel). Government of Rwanda is still working out details on the trip but has provided post the following information: Composition of delegation - President Paul Kagame, Foreign Minister Louise Mushikiwabo, officials from the Office of the Presidency including those who work on ICT issues, and MFA staff.
