(SBU) Poloff delivered reftel non-paper on the U.S. designation of
Iranian Revolutionary Guard entities to Ministry of Foreign Affairs
Multilateral Affairs Chief Issac Sebulime on February 23. Sebulime
made no substantive comment on the designation but agreed to pass
the information to the relevant Ugandan government offices. Post
will report septel if the Ugandan Government develops a more
substantive response.
