PolOff delivered reftel demarche requesting Uganda's vote for the
up-listing of phenylacetic acid at the UN Commission on Narcotic
Drugs to Ministry of Foreign Affairs Multilateral Affairs Chief
Issac Sebulime on February 23. Sebulime agreed to pass the
information to the relevant Ugandan offices for consideration. Post
