information available. Information below was provided in ref A on
01/25/2010.




4. (S/NF) As off 1655 local time 01/25/2010 there is some
additional information: Our police contact relayed the following
additional information after receiving a phone call from Habib:
Habib's last name is "BURE". His cell phone number (apparently a
Kenya number) is +254-714-379-137. He is in Nairobi now and is
planning to meet with two brokers named Usuff and Caeser
(nationalities unknown). The brokers will take him tomorrow
(01/26/2010) via unknown means to meet the interested buyers in
Malindi, Kenya. Please refer to ref B for more complete
information.
