(U) President Yoweri Museveni, Defense Minister Crispus Kyonga and Foreign Affairs Minister Sam Kutesa will be attending the African Union Summit in Addis Ababa. The Ugandan Ministry of Foreign Affairs has not provided exact travel dates for the President or Ministers but has indicated that the Ministers will likely travel on Wednesday, January 27 with President Museveni following on January 28 or 29. ¶2.
