1. In FY10, the GODJ receives--and is expected to continue to
receive--U.S. foreign assistance as defined in ref A.
2. The GODJ makes budget information publicly available on a regular
basis. Citizens may access budget information in a variety of ways:
--Through budget legislation published in the GODJ's Official
Journal, which is available online through the website
www.presidence.dj . Published budgets include incomes and
expenditures.
--Through the Ministry of Finance's website, which regularly
publishes a "Table of State Financial Operations" detailing incomes
and expenditures:

3. In addition, Djibouti's National Assembly regularly discusses the
budget. Senior officials--including the prime minister--also make
speeches regarding the budget, which are often published in their
entirety in state-run media.
