Director of EU External Relations on February 19. Olimid
said that, while some European voices, specifically the
Spanish Ambassador to China, Carlos Blasco Villa, have spoken
out of turn with calls to end the EU arms embargo, the
consensus within the EU continues to support the Embargo. he
said that Romania has no plans to change their position on
the subject.
