Talking points were also relayed verbally to Prime Ministers Denzil Douglas and Baldwin Spencer, of St. Kitts and Antigua, respectively, as well as Grenadian Policy Advisor Aaron Moses during the December 29, 2009 signing of the Organization of Eastern Caribbean States Economic Union Treaty in St. Kitts.
