According to Mr. Franciosi, he is using the 03 rifles for hunting purposes. He has federal permission to carry the .380 caliber pistol. Also, he says that the .40 caliber pistol is for shooting championship in Brazil and the 357 MAG pistol is for his private collection. The buyer maintains 17 firearms in his private collection and says he is familiar with all US regulations, including restrictions on re-transfer or re-export of U.S. origin defense articles. ¶2. (SBU) Further investigation conducted by Post's RSO found the buyer to have one Federal Police investigation against him on articles 27 and 29 of the Environment Law (use of unauthorized agricultural products). He also has another indictment from Bahia State Civil Police regarding the crimes related to articles 203, 1???? and 207 of the Brazilian Criminal Code (Labor Law transgressions). ¶3.
