1. This is an action request.


2. Pursuant to the Leahy Act and Foreign Assistance Act, Post
requests the Department's assistance in screening the following
candidates from Ministry of Interior (MOI)who have been nominated to
participate in the Vehicle Maintenance Training and Study Course
during the period
15 March through 25 June 2010; training location - University
Technical Institute, Mooresville, NC, USA.
