¶1. (C) On February 2, Poloff delivered reftel demarche to
Minister of Human Rights Wijdan Selim. Selim stated that she
will lead Iraq's delegation to Geneva for the Universal
Periodic Review at the UN Human Rights Council on February
¶16. She noted that the final list of delegates is not yet
confirmed, but she will be accompanied by subject matter
experts on women and children's issues, health, disabled
person's issues, and detainee issues. Post will report on
any further developments.
