1. In accordance with reftel, post attempted to reach Nikolaos
KOUNTARDAS (DPOB: 08-Aug-1977, Greece). Post confirmed with the
Hellenic National Police (HNP) that Mr. Kountardas is in prison,
having been convicted in June 2009 of killing a security guard in
2005. He has also admitted to various other crimes. The passport
division of the HNP confirms that Mr. Kountardas does not have a
valid passport at this time. The revoked visa had been placed in
Greek passport number O672448, which expired on March 22, 2006.
