1. Ref email requested that post conduct five separate
post-shipment verifications for Portable Digital ADP machines
exported as No License Required by STOPWHOLESALE/IWEBMASTER, AKA:
Laptop Plaza, Kenilworth, NJ.
2. On December 28 and 29, 2009 Export Control Officer met with a
Mr. Rajeev Gehi, CEO and Mr. Suresh Gehi, Managing Director of
Stallion/Al Noori Computers at their Dubai offices. Stallion
International FZCO is the Freezone warehouse entity and same
company as Al Noori Computers LLC. Al Noori specializes in selling
IT accessories and laptop computers. Rajeev Gehi was well aware of
restrictions on US origin items to Iran and he stated they do no
business in Iran. A majority of Al Noori/Stallion's re-export
business is destined East Africa. About 60 percent is exclusively
for the commercial retail market in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi: Abu
Dhabi city and the city of Al Ain. Gehi provided copies of relevant
invoices for these transactions which indicate the UAE, mainly Abu
Dhabi based retail end users.
3. Post considers Stallion International FZCO and Al Noori
Computers LLC to be reliable recipients of US origin items for
these transactions.
