Ref email requested that post conduct two separate Post-Shipment verifications for Process Control Equipment and a CPU Expander exported as NLR by Moore Industries, Sepulveda, CA and Gas Turbine Controls, Ardsley, NY respectively. ¶2. On February 3, 2010 Export Control Officer (ECO) visited Suite 403, Saeed Tower II, Dubai, UAE. Tamman Trading is no longer at this location. Another company, S and S Controls currently resides in Suite 403. The Indian nationals employed at S and S claimed that it specializes in electronics equipment and only does business in the UAE. They claimed to have no knowledge of Tammam Trading. ECO contacted the property management office at Saeed Tower II who confirmed that Tammam Trading was no longer in the building and they had no additional information that might help locate the company. ¶3. The circumstances outlined above coupled with Tammam Trading presence on the Dubai - Iranian Business Council directory suggests that it is an unreliable recipient of US origin goods. OLSON
