for Renewable Energy and Energy Efficiency at the Croatian
Ministry of Economy, Labor, and Entrepreneurship. Croatia
intends to join the International Renewable Energy Agency
(IRENA),but has not yet determined when it will join. The
GOC will not send a representative to the June 28-30 IRENA
meeting and had no substantive response on reftel issues.
