(SBU) Econoff delivered reftel points to Tihomir Lulic, Head
of Section for Security Council Affairs at the Ministry of
Foreign Affairs and European Integration, on January 21,
¶2009. He promised to inform us of any information the
Croatian government may learn, as well as any action the
government may take in relation to the Waad Project.
