¶1. Poloff delivered reftel demarches on April 7 to Vesna
Vukovic, head of the MFA's UN office. She expressed her
appreciation for receiving the material and said that she
would forward the information to her colleagues in New York.
Croatia agrees with the US determination that the launch
constituted a violation of UNSR 1695 (2006) and UNSCR 1718
(2008),and she provided us a copy of the Croatian position
which seeks a prompt response by the UNSC be it in the form
of a resolution or a PRST.
