Along with Hai-Kwang Lee, Deputy Chief of Mission at the
South Korean embassy in Croatia, PolOff delivered reftels to
members of the International Security Department at the
Croatian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and European
Integration. Milena Zaninovic, our regular point of contact
for GICNT issues, was out of the office, along with most the
Department's senior officials. At the time of the demarche,
GoC officials were not sure whether a delegation would travel
to Seoul. They promised to send an official response during
the week of 23 March. We will report any further response as
it becomes available.
