On September 23, Pol-Mil Officer delivered reftel talking
points on new U.S. missile defense policy in Europe to Armen
Yedigarian, Head of the Arms Control and International
Security Department at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. On
September 24, during the DCM's meeting between Yedigarian
and Deputy Foreign Minister Kirakossian, Kirakossian and
Yedigarian thanked the Embassy for sharing the information
and explaining the new missile defense policy, commenting
that it was useful to them.
