(C) Poland does not have any infrastructure whose loss would
critically impact the public health, economic security, or
national and homeland security of the United States as
defined in reftel. The country team recommends removal of
the Druzhba pipeline, which was included in the 2008 listing.
The pipeline, while an important outlet for oil onto global
markets, does not appear to meet the list's established
threshold as it does not directly supply the United States;
furthermore, allies who rely on the pipeline's supply have
access to alternative supply sources.
