We delivered nonpapers and reftel A through D information
concerning the upcoming Australia Group plenary to Jurgita
Griffin and Gediminas Kliukas of the MFA's Arms Control and
Terrorism Prevention Division on September 1. They confirmed
that Lithuania will attend the Australia Group meeting and
said they would pass the papers and the information to the
proper officials within the GOL. They had no immediate
reaction to the information; we will report any subsequent
reaction.
