On August 14, we provided Jurgita Griffin of the MFA's Arms
Control and Terrorism Prevention Division with reftel
announcement that the United Nations Office on Drugs and
Crime (UNODC) is now an official observer organization to the
Global Initiative to Counter Nuclear Terrorism (GICNT). She
thanked us and said she would share the information with all
relevant MFA offices.
