We delivered reftel information on December 31 to Robertas
Rosinas, head of the MFA's Arms Control and Terrorism
Prevention Division, along with the Dutch ambassador and two
Russian diplomats. Rosinas said Lithuania continued to
support the Global Initiative, but could not yet say who
would attend for the GOL, as the meeting is still six months
away. He asked for schedule and agenda information to be
provided when it became available, which the Dutch ambassador
promised to do.
