Poloff presented reftel on June 5 to Georg Diwald, MFA Deputy
Director for International Organizations. Diwald said that
Austria had received one other candidacy notice for the
International Civil Service Commission (he did not specify
which),and was waiting to receive all notices. Once Austria
had received all notices, it would decide which candidates to
support, he said. Embassy will report further developments
via septel.
