told Econ/Polcouns September 7 that President Fischer will
represent the GOA at the UNSC nonproliferation summit.
Fischer will be accompanied by FM Spindelegger. President
Fischer's office confirmed Rauscher's report telephonically
to Amb. Eacho on Sept. 8.
