1. In response to reftel, USUN grants mission clearance to
Kevin Taecker, Senior Advisor for the International Compact
with Iraq (ICI) in NEA/Iraq-Economic and Assistance Affairs.


2. Mr. Taecker will participate in a briefing on the ICI by
Special Adviser to the Secretary-General for the ICI Ibrahim
Gambari on Tuesday, 10/26/09 at 3:30 PM in UN Conference Room

7. The meeting will be chaired by Hamid al-Bayati, Permanent
Representative for the Mission of Iraq to the United Nations.


3. The briefing is in preparation for the next full ICI
meeting at the ambassadorial level scheduled for Baghdad on
November 7.
