official note and invoice requesting payment of
$31,190,549.34 to the Trust Fund for the Montreal Protocol on
Substances that Deplete the Ozone Layer (MF),of the United
Nations Environment Programme (UNEP). As of 02 September
2009 payments owed are as follows:
