1. In response to refel, USUN grants mission clearance to
Thomas A. Wuchte, U.S. 1540 Coordinator, Department of State,
Bureau of International Security and Nonproliferation. Mr.
Wuchte will be in New York, May 27-28, 2009, for meetings
with the UN Office of Disarmament Affairs as well as for a
meeting of the 1540 Committee.
