¶1. USUN has faxed to EUR-IO/EX/FM-Alice Green a copy of an
official note and invoice requesting payment of $973,443 to
the Trust Fund for the Vienna Convention for the Protection
of the Ozone Layer (VC),of the United Nations Environment
Programme (UNEP). As of December 8, 2008 payments owed are
as follows:
