¶1. USUN has faxed to EUR-IO/EX/FM-Alice Green a copy of an
official note and invoice requesting payment of $5,136,968 to
the Trust Fund for the Montreal Protocol on Substances that
Deplete the Ozone Layer of the United Nations Environment
Programme (UNEP). As of December 4, 2008 payments owed are
as follows:
