(SBU) NATO's International Staff has provided the list below of participants, separated by nationality, for the NATO-Russia counter-narcotics "Train the Trainer" training to be held in Tashkent, Uzbekistan from March 16 to 27, 2009. ¶3. (SBU) ACTION REQUEST: Post requests the appropriate vetting be conducted on the proposed list of participants in paragraph 4 pursuant to the Leahy Amendment. No U.S. trainers will participate, but the U.S. funds the program. Post further requests this vetting be expedited ¶4.
