According to a Council Secretariat contact, Swedish Prime Minister Fredrik Reinfeldt will address the 64th UN General Assembly on behalf of the European Union. Reinfeldt's arrival and departure dates are to be determined. He will not travel with his spouse and does not require interpretation. ¶2. Swedish Minister of Foreign Affairs Carl Bildt, High Representative for the Common Foreign and Security Policy, Secretary-General of the Council of the European Union Javier Solana, and Commissioner for External Relations Benita Ferrero-Waldner will participate in ministerial meetings on the margin of UNGA.
