1. (C) On November 16, we delivered the demarche points per
reftel to Gerelmaa of the International Organizations
Department at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade.
Gerelmaa thanked us for our consideration of Mongolia's
actions on similar votes at last year's UNGA and stated that
her government is intending to vote this year as it did last
year.
