On September 18, the Embassy passed to the Tunisian Ministry
of Foreign Affairs the nonpaper conveyed reftel providing an
overview and background for the African Biosafety and
Biosecurity Workshop to be held in Nairobi in February 2010.
The Embassy will report any substantive response we receive
from the Tunisians.
