1. (U) Takeshi Kawamura, Deputy Director Equipment Policy
Division, Bureau of Finance and Equipment, Ministry of
Defense confirmed the quantity and commodities listed in
reftel were delivered to the 4th Air Depot of Iruma Base in
Saitama Prefecture on December 5, 2008. According to a
report from Major Tsuji, Supply Division, Logistics
Department, Air Staff Office to Mr. Kawamura, the equipment
will be used in the repair and overhaul of the antenna mast
for the Patriot missile system.
