Deputy Director Hideki Masuo of MOFA's Recruitment Center for
International Organizations. Masuo said Japan would consider
voting for Ms. Myers, the United States candidate for the
International Civil Service Commission (ICSC),if the United
States would agree to support the Japanese candidate in the
election for the Advisory Committee on Administration and
Budget Questions (ACABQ) which is to be held next year.
