used standard text, ref A, except for the specification of number
and date above.
3. A certified copy of the U.S. note and attachment, and original of
the GOJ DNS-IN number, were pouched to the Department (ISN/NESS -
Robin DeLaBarre) July 30, 2009 under registry no. 5723933.
