1. EMBASSY delivered diplomatic notes and attachments per ref B and
C to Japan's Ministry of Foreign Affairs regarding cases 813 and 815
and received the following notes in reply:
The U.S. notes and attachments for above cases were given to MOFA in
final form on October 15, 2008 for case 813 and on November 19, 2008
for case 815.
The corresponding GOJ note numbers for the cases are:
256/DNS-IN for case 813
255/DNS-IN for case 815
2. The texts of the GOJ notes are exactly the same as the previously
used standard text, ref A, except for the specification of numbers
and dates above.
3. A certified copy of the U.S. note and attachment, and original of
the GOJ DNS-IN number, were pouched to the Department (ISN/NESS -
Robin DeLaBarre) January 23, 2009 under registry no. 573920.
