Transport and Tourism (MLIT) Japan Civil Aviation Bureau
(JCAB) concerning alleged violations of FAA regulations by
Kenji Ohara (registry number: 294893, docket number
2009-GL-01-0013). The JCAB Aviation Security Office Director
Mitsugu Sato informed Post by letter dated June 11 JCAB did
not report the incident to the National Police Agency and
that the GOJ will not pursue any legal action related to this
case.
