Shishikura said his office will provide the points to the responsible person at Mitsubishi Heavy Industries (MHI) to make the company aware of the suspected end user and to advise against the shipment of the diesel generator. Shishikura also said Japan Customs would identify the suspect shipment should MHI elect to proceed with the transfer.
