On November 17, Saimir Repishti, Head of the UN Department at
the MFA, told Poloff that the GOA supports the U.S. candidacy
for the International Maritime Organization Council. Repishti
added that the GOA would send a diplomatic note stating its
support to Embassy London shortly.
