1.(SBU) The Dutch Foreign Ministry informed Post that Ms. de Jong
Elhage, Prime Minister of the Netherlands Antilles, will also
join the Netherlands delegation to the 64th UNGA, reported in
reftel. In addition, the MFA confirmed that PM Balkenende
will be in the United States for UNGA and the G20 summit from
September 20-26 (in Pittsburg for the G20 summit Sept.
24-25). FM Verhagen will be in New York from September
18-27, and Minister for Development Cooperation Koenders from
September 19-24.

2.(SBU) The complete delegation from the Kingdom of the
