(SBU) The Dutch see Lucretia Myers as effective and
well-qualified to #\IcOBQonded June 8.
Roza noted the Netherlands has been "impressed with the
experience and knowledge" of Ms. Myers, and Myers has been
one of the "key members" of the ICSC. At the same time, the
Netherlands "in principle" does not support any candidacy
beyond two terms in order to promote "healthy turnover."
However, when the Dutch fully consider ICSC candidates later
this year, they may ultimately give greater weight to
expertise rather than the number of terms served, given Ms.
Myers' experience and contributions.
