(C) The Dutch will provide at least 1 million euros to aid
Pakistan's IDPs. Post conveyed reftel points to the Dutch
MFA, and Ms. Jos Uijterlinde in the Office of Humanitarian
Help responded that Minister for Development Koenders had
approved 1 million euros in unearmarked funds for the UNHCR.
As early as tomorrow, May 20, Koenders will decide on a
proposal for additional funding -- administered through an
NGO -- for managing IDP camps.
