the Ethiopian logistics unit deploying to Darfur. Post

Bastienne Karel, a policy officer for Sudan in the
Peacebuilding and Stabilization Unit, responded that the
logistics proposal was "too weak" to fund given "shortcomings
in our stability fund." With a project proposal and more
details, however, the Dutch are willing to "see if there are
possibilities."
