(S/NF) The Dutch cabinet will consider the U.S. request for
Afghanistan assistance (reftel C). On April 24, CDA and
polmiloff delivered reftel C points, without the Dai Kundi
PRT request as noted in ref A and ref B, to Dutch MFA Deputy
Director Robert De Groot. De Groot noted the cabinet was
still in negotiations over the Netherlands' commitment to
Afghanistan after 2010. CDA and polmiloff noted they would
raise the Dai Kundi request at a future date.
