(U) Poloff delivered reftel demarche regarding the financial
provisions of UN Security Council Resolution 1874, which
responds to North Korea's nuclear test, to Jose Lorenzana,
Director of Multilateral Affairs at the Honduran Ministry of
Foreign Affairs, on June 26, 2009. Lorenzana stated that he
would pass the information to the Honduran National
Commission for Banks and Securities, the competent authority
in these matters, for them to put the corresponding measures
into place.
