Council Resolution 1874, which responds to North Korea's
nuclear test, to Jose Lorenzana, Director of Multilateral
Affairs at the Honduran Ministry of Foreign Affairs, on June
25, 2009. Lorenzana thanked us for the information and stated
that he would pass it through appropriate GOH channels to
ensure implementation of the Resolution.
